Beginning Heels

Welcome to the fierce and sultry world of Heels! Embrace your inner femme and make no apologies for it as you learn to move fluidly and sensuously in heels. This class is appropriate for those with no dance experience, as well as those with experience who want to dig deeper into specific elements of Heels technique. Over five weeks, build your skills progressively and hone one piece of choreography while exploring these focus ares:

Week 1 - Walking, poses, lines
Week 2 - Floorwork
Week 3 - Isolations & body rolls
Week 4 - Improv/freestyle/finding your personal style
Week 5 - Final build and cleaning of choreography
