Jillian began her dance training at a very young age, studing a variety of dance styles, both at her home studio and summer intensives. At age 15, she was accepted into the Gelsey Kirkland Academy in New York City where she focused on and refined her classical ballet training in the Vaganova style and received coaching from Gelsey Kirkland, Lyubov Fominich and Vera Soloveyva; as well as mime training from Pilar Garcia. Upon leaving the Academy, she signed on to dance at Continental Ballet in a soloist capacity. After a hiatus due to injury, Jillian resumed her professional career as a freelance dancer based out of NYC. Most recently, she worked with the National Ballet Company in Maryland.
